Developing
Altogether Care's brand commenced with internal and external research,
which led to marketing strategies to drive the business forward. New
logos for each of the sub sectors of the organisation have aided the
promotion of the separate identities.

A staff
and a corporate newsletter have both proved highly successful since
the research, helping to bring together the very different homes, Care
Wey and Care Store. In addition, successful recruitment and corporate
advertising campaigns have been supported by Remo handling all of Altogether
Care's response. PR campaigns are further increasing the presence of
Altogether Care as the leading care provider across the South.
 
This is
an older news item but still highlights the unique approach to recruitment
advertising that worked for the Altogether Care Group in this scenario.

a recruitment ad becomes so much more - Altogether Care

Altogether
Care appointed Remo last year to assist in a major recruitment drive
due to expansion. As anyone in this industry will know, recruitment
and staff retention is particularly challenging in this sector; wages
tend to be lower and career prospects limited. That said, having done
our own research, Remo felt that there was a huge untapped audience
- all that was needed was a difference approach. And that's precisely
what we did.

Instead
of focusing on the carer, we decided to focus on the 'cared for'. The
rationale was simple, we were targeting people who may not have considered
becoming a care assistant but who would nonetheless, relish this type
of work.
