The Altogether
Care Group (previously Altogether Care LLP), a Dorset based care
provider
needed a device in a hurry to exploit a local employment fair. A major
local employer was hosting an open day to attract potential recruiters
for its staff as it was closing down a large local branch. Having not
much time to work with, Remo was able to produce an innovative cross
leaflet which opened with a series of reveals - providing the information
in bite sized chunks. And it worked - Altogether Care got the bites
they needed from this bait!

Brand
Development and Newsletters
Developing
Altogether Care's brand commenced with internal and external research,
which led to marketing strategies to drive the business forward. New
logos for each of the sub sectors of the organisation have aided the
promotion of the separate identities.

A staff
and a corporate newsletter have both proved highly successful since
the research, helping to bring together the very different homes, Care
Wey and Care Store. In addition, successful recruitment and corporate
advertising campaigns have been supported by Remo handling all of Altogether
Care's response. PR campaigns are further increasing the presence of
Altogether Care as the leading care provider across the South.

The two
newsletters are divided in content and targeting between the friends
and family of the Altogether Care Group's residents on one hand and
staff on the other.
Carefree
Living is circulated to key relatives - with articles about residents,
day-to-day activities and listings for the months to come is a valuable
insight into the high level of care provided by the group, as well as
acting as a prospectus to a potential service user.
Altogether
targets the staff of the group, and is a key information source to keep
the different branches of the group up-to-date with what is happening.
The publication also highlights training achievements and staff changes
as well as giving listings for key staff and activities.
Using both
commissioned photography and photos provided from the group with copywriting
from Remo and client contributions, the newsletters have been very well
received, helping to reinforce the corporate brand.
